Pick up arrangements for Felix Day Excursions:

We have grouped the pick up points into areas each with a letter code.  Each trip will pick up in a number of areas as indicted in the codes listed on the main list. You just need to check which code applies to your usual pick up point—hopefully the map and list below will help! If you are confused, please call our office and we will help - the call is free! Ring 0800 019 0047.

The programmes are updated approximately every two months  -  so keep checking for new dates and tours.

Your seats are then allocated and held for 7 days.

Payment may be made over the telephone by all major credit and debit cards, or by sending a cheque by post.  No extra charge for card bookings.

Departure and return times: ‘Depart’ times shown in this list are the scheduled departure times from the major pick up points; Your exact pick up and time and place will be confirmed on your travel ticket. ‘Back for’ is the estimated time of arrival back in at the start/end of the dropping off route – this time cannot be guaranteed.

Where indicated Senior Fare is a discounted fare for all persons aged 60 years and over. Child Fares are generally the same as senior fares (unless stated otherwise) and are for children aged 4 to 15 inclusive, only when accompanied by a responsible adult. Children aged 3 and under travel free but will not be allocated a seat.

Cancellations & Refunds:  If you wish to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible.  All refunds will be less a 20% cancellation charge.  Refunds made less than 5 days before departure will be by credit only and subject to a 20% cancellation charge.  No refund will be made for cancellations made on the date of travel or after 1000hrs on the day before.  No refunds can be made on any theatre, concert or show tickets, or meals or admission fees which may have been bought and paid for in advance.
