Felix Bus Services Limited is a small local company that has been operating coaches for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience of group travel for leisure and social groups, retirement clubs, special interest societies, and schools and youth organisations. We are always happy to help with any coach hire enquiry and we can provide groups with a tailor-made tour, for example  -  a day excursion to the seaside including a fish and chip supper  -  a town visit for shopping on Market Day and a factory tour  -  or even a holiday tour where we arrange the hotel accommodation, entertainment and itinerary visiting places of interest.

Recently we have taken social clubs on numerous day excursions, including visits to stately homes, steam railways, canal-boat and river trips, historic cities and picturesque towns, and on 5 day UK holidays to the Lake District and South Devon coast. We have taken school groups to their activity centre weekends, travelled to London to see top West End shows, and visited curriculum-enhancing destinations such as Jorvik Viking Museum, Leicester Space Centre, Conkers, and religious and cultural centres in Derby and Nottingham.

When you contact us you can be assured that we will take the time to understand your requirements and provide the highest standard of service.  We can suggest the best destinations, offer advice on routes and timings, and provide quotations. Once you have spoken to us you will find that we are an easy company to deal with, and prices can be discussed. We offer our coach hire customers a free booking service for theatre tickets, meals, hotel accommodation and admission tickets to all leading tourist attractions.

Our helpful, professional and friendly drivers all wear a smart uniform, are always punctual and will have good route knowledge. Our fleet consists of three modern and well presented coaches, all of which seat 53 passengers. In 2006 we invested in two brand new luxury touring coaches, painted in an eye catching red and gold livery. The two new vehicles offer 53 reclining seats, generous leg room and air conditioning. All our coaches are fitted with up to date safety features, including seat-belts and ABS braking systems, to comply with the strict standards of current legislation. They are powered by low exhaust emission engines which cause less pollution and are environmentally friendly.

If your club or organisation does not have enough members to fill a coach completely, it is possible to make a small group booking on one of our day excursions. In this case we are able to offer a discount on the advertised cost of the excursion - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
